There are two different projects available on the web ready to be download for free. These tools can be used to install with just one click the three (four with phpMyAdmin) magical web applications: Apache Web Server, Php, MySQL and phpMyAdmin:

The old one, historical, is easyphp, and a more recent one (that seem to be also suitable for installation on some linux OS) named XAMMP from apachefriends.org group.
After a short installation process you'll have a full working installation of Apache, Php, MySQL and phpMyAdmin browser web database administration.
